Booking and accommodation rules

By checking into the room, the guest confirms that he/she knows and accepts the rules of the stay. Violation of the rules may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, as well as early eviction with retention of the entire cost of the rent and the security deposit.

1. Rooms rented daily by the lessor have a certain number of beds. Therefore, when choosing a room, the customer must indicate the number of guests who will be staying in the room for the rental period.
2. The daily rental cost of a room is calculated taking into account the check-in time at three in the afternoon and the check-out time by eleven in the afternoon. The check-out time does not depend on the check-in time. If the customer needs to enter the room earlier than the specified time, he must check with the contractor.
3. After the booking is confirmed, the client is asked to pay a deposit. A booking without a deposit is considered unsecured. The contractor may request a deposit, depending on the situation, which is returned after departure.
4. Upon check-in, the tenant undertakes to pay for the entire period of residence. The amount of the deposit paid previously will be deducted from the total amount due. The customer must notify the manager of the late arrival. If this does not happen, the manager may decide to rent the room.
5. The Contractor will activate the reservation only after receiving the deposit. The tenant receives a confirmation message, the check-in and check-out date and the address.
6. To take possession of the apartment, guests must provide a copy of their identification document. The information that is transferred from the client to the contractor is completely confidential and is not transferred to third parties.

7. On the day of departure the landlord will take over the apartment and check the functioning of the appliances and the general condition of the apartment. If the property or the apartment are damaged by the client, the client is required to pay an amount as compensation for the damage.
8. Services provided by an Internet provider and cable TV, the quality of which does not depend on the abilities of the performer, do not affect the cost of rent. In case of poor quality of the services provided or their absence, the rent is not refundable.
9. Smoking tobacco, hookah, IQOS, electronic cigarettes is prohibited throughout the apartment. In case of violation of this paragraph, a fee will be required for sanitizing the environment from the smell of tobacco.
10. Obligation to observe the law on silence from 22:00 to 08:00. Upon receipt of complaints from neighbors, the deposit will be retained.
11. If the key is lost or if the key was taken by the guest at check-out, a fine.
